I just stumbled across a fantastic looking book Spanish teachers and learners will love.  It’s called Fiesta Femenina:  Celebrating Women in Mexican Folktale.  Published by Barefoot Books, retold by Mary-Joan Gerson, illustrated by Maya Christina Gonzalez. I’ll be honest, I haven’t had a chance to personally review it yet.  But it is now on CLEARANCE.
